1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our travel services, customized itineraries, hotel bookings, flight assistance, and tour packages. By booking a trip or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Booking Policy & Payments

• Booking Confirmation: All package bookings, flight assistance, and hotel reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment.
• Pricing & Quotes: Prices quoted are based on current rates for flights, accommodation, and ground transfers. Incredible Real India reserves the right to adjust prices prior to final confirmation in the event of unexpected tax changes or fuel surcharges.
• Payment Schedule: Full payment or remaining balance must be cleared prior to the departure date as specified in your personalized travel contract.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds are processed based on the following general guidelines:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure: Partial refund after deducting administrative and non-refundable vendor fees.
• Cancellations made 15–29 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee applies.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to departure: Non-refundable due to hotel and transportation pre-commitments.
• Third-party terms (airline tickets, specific hotel non-refundable policies) override general cancellation terms.

4. Passports, Visas & Travel Documentation

While Incredible Real India provides dedicated Visa Support and travel documentation guidance, it remains the sole responsibility of the traveller to ensure that passports, visas, health certificates, and entry permits are valid and compliant with host destination laws. Incredible Real India is not liable for border entry rejections or visa delays caused by government authorities.

5. Health, Safety & Travel Insurance

We prioritize safety and comfort in all our itineraries. However, travel involves inherent risks. We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel and health insurance covering medical expenses, baggage loss, trip cancellation, and personal liability before departure.

6. Limitation of Liability (Force Majeure)

Incredible Real India acts as an intermediary for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators. We are not liable for delays, losses, injuries, or itinerary modifications caused by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including weather conditions, natural disasters, flight reschedules, political instability, or pandemics.
